On Sunday, January 19^th Eli Post passed away. Eli has been a member of CRW since 1993, and was a strong supporter and incredible contributor to CRW and the broader cycling community.  Eli served in many capacities through his tenure in CRW – President, Secretary, WheelPeople Editor, Executive Vice President, Ride Coordinator, and on many committees. He will be missed.

Plans for a ride in celebration of Eli’s life will be developed and announced over the next few months.

Conte's bike shop in Lexington is having a seminar coming up January 30 at 7pm with the team from Mass General's Cardiac Performance Program. Some of you likely came to the shop last year around this time for their discussion on exercise intensity and cardiac remodeling. This year, Dr. Guseh will be revisiting some of that content but expanding upon it with a deeper discussion of his research on VO2 max and longevity.
