Frequently Asked Questions about Login to Charles River Wheelers

  1. The CRW Website uses your email address as your username. The password is not the same one that you used on the old site. If you do not know the email address that is in the CRW records, contact membership@crw.org and provide your full name and phone number. 
  2. Review the directions to log on by email, Facebook or Google below the login area.

  3. Use the Wild Apricot help gethelp.wildapricot.com/en/articles/22-passwords and gethelp.wildapricot.com/en/articles/1710

  4. Change your password and click on the "Forgot Password" button. Wild Apricot will send a link to the email address connected to your CRW account. Reset your password. If you choose Password Reset and do not receive an email message within 5 minutes, check your Spam and Trash folders. For security reasons, the emailed link will expire 72 hours after you request a password reset. If you make multiple requests to reset your password within the same 72-hour period, the emails you receive to make password changes will contain the same active link.

  5. If you receive a password and still are unable to login:

    • Use a different device such as your mobile phone if you are using a computer.
    • Use a different browser.
    • Note: some browsers may also offer to remember your login information. To stop your browser from remembering your login information, clear your browser cookies, or cache. Some members have been unable to login because they were not aware that their browser was filling in the wrong password.
