CRW Rides are open to members and guests. Guests may attend two rides before being required to join the club. Please click the Register button to the left to join the ride.
Ride Description: The ride leaves PROMPTLY from the Minuteman Bikeway terminus near Alewife. Route will be an approximately 28 mile loop through Waltham, Weston and into LIncoln, then back through Belmont and Acorn Park. The ride is show-and-go and will not necessarily regroup if riders are dropped. Over the past couple weeks we've been averaging 15-16MPH. We may form a paceline once in Weston/LIncoln if the roads/cars allow. Please bring lights.
Ride Start Location: Ride starts at the Cambridge Minuteman trailhead.
The Minuteman Bikeway starts on the north side of the Alewife building, at the intersection of Steel Pl and Alewife Station Access Rd. This is the intersection of three bike paths: Fitchburg Cutoff, Alewife Linear, and Minuteman.
Cancellation: Rain or unsafe weather/road conditions cancels. Will make call by 1 pm on Wednesday.
