CRW Rides are open to members and guests. Guests may attend two rides before being required to join the club. Please click the Register button to the left to join the ride.
Ride Description:
Early morning rides are "arguably" the best. During the summer months there's enough sunlight, the weather is cooler, and there's less rain.
Join CRW early risers on this Summer recurring ride from Belmont to Carlisle. We avoid traffic by riding early and through smaller roads. Some of them well known from other rides, some ridden in the opposite way we usually do.
This should be a good workout as we paceline to keep 18+ mph on average.
Equipment requirements:
Bike, helmet, backlights and good humor to deal with what will be thrown at you.
Coffee Shop selection:
Although we ride by Fern's Country Store, we do not plan to stop in order to be back around 7:45 AM. Sorry
Ride Start Location:
There is public parking at Waverley Square, there's also on street parking around it (Cross street). It's a 2 hour parking zone so we can likely make it.
