CRW Rides are open to members and guests. Guests may attend two rides annually before being required to join the club. Please click the Register button to the left to join the ride. Helmets are required on all CRW rides. Riders are expected to adhere to CRW code of conduct, template 20231001
Ride Description:
Ride from Acton north through Nagog Hill, Great Brook and Strawberry Hill.
Pace:
- Led ride will average 14-15mph
- We will ride with caution and respect around pedestrians
- We will regroup where safe to do so, and stop for photo ops
- Please have the route downloaded to your navigation device and be aware that you may be riding alone before regrouping occurs.
Cancellation:
Rain or unsafe weather/road conditions cancels. Will make call by 10 pm the night before.
Ride Start Location:
Bruce Freeman Parking lot. Google calls this lot"Trail through time freeman trail parking" and it's just west of the intersection of the Great Road and Concord Rd. there are two other lots just west of this one, and street parking on Horseshoe Dr.
Restroom: in the summer, there's usually a portapotty in the lot. we'll see about spring
