Ride Description:
The Norwell "Celebrate America" OceanView Ride is 32.4 mi beautiful FUN average pace ride that includes many miles of glorious views across the South Shore in Norwell, Cohasset, Hingham and Scituate. Who will wear the flag on their clothes?
includes spectacular ocean views of 4 beaches, mansions on Jerusalem Road, 2 lighthouses, windmills, several 'hah-bahs' plus 2 farms. The Best ice cream in Mass is on the ride (we don't stop unfortunately there).
The Norwell Ride is 8am SHARP to beat the summer heat. Join me on this delightful ride, you'll be glad you did.
We typically stop at Scituate Harbor at the Coffee Corner coffee shop for socializing, rest and fun chats. And we drink a small coffee (restrooms are available). Rain may cancel the ride. If the weather is iffy, check this page Saturday after 7AM or on Facebook, South Shore Mellow Riders Club page.
Ride Start Location:
We start at the Norwell High School, Park Lot A. Exit 32 Rt3 South. 1 mile from the exit. Every Saturday 8AM
